Hi,

What is the current best price for the Marshall with the panasonic battery plate. Do dvx users get a discount somewhere for it.

thanks

7" or 10"?

7" or 10"?

I just ordered the 7" R-70P-HDA, from Custom Supply in Birmingham, AL.

They have it for under $1200.

They also have 8GB p2 media for $1250.

Don't know if this is these are the very best prices, but they are much less than B&H, for a comparison.

if you call, ask for Michelle.

regards,

bt

I don't think that's with the Panny battery plate.
Isn't Nebtek the only vendor who does those mods?

...I think so....and they take over the warranty, I believe.....on a side note....my Marshall has been visiting the factory lately.....2 trips in less than 2 weeks.... and it's STILL giving me the hits in the signal. I've ordered another component cable in order to rule out IT being the problem. I don't know if it's the monitor, the cable or the camera. Jan, have you heard anything about component out spitting out a bad signal? Starting to get a little concerned.

Barth, I'm sorry to hear it. Mine had the same problem with static-like hits, but was corrected after one factory visit. Marshall needs to correct it. sounds like the same problem I was having. Did you talk to Bernie at Marshall about the problem persisting?

....oh yeah....well...not Bernie....but I told Purdy and she noted it in my account file. I told her I was trying the new cable and she said to keep them notified. I'm frustrated, but feel comfy with the way they've treated me so far. We'll get it right.

I'd just buy it directly from Nebtek. I felt like it was a waste of time and worry having it shipped to my house, then to Nebtek, and then back to me. I had them add an extra 12v cable for a wireless reciever. I was suprised they charged me $55, but hey, ya never know when ya need it.
