Marrying Letus and HVX200

Okay, so I'm about to purchase a Letus Extreme package on ebay.

What do I need to get to make it workable with the HVX200? It already has the support rods. Here is what I came up with.

HVX 80mm thread ring
Canon FD ring for Canon lenses
Lenses obviously.

Now on Letus's site they say for Extreme and HVX200 you need an "optimized achromat"? What the heck is that?

Does that come with the HVX200 special 80mm thread ring Letus offers on their site?
 
HVX has an 82mm thread, not 80mm, depending on which thread the Letus is you might need a step up ring to fit it to the HVX.

The optimized achromat improves edge to edge sharpness when used with an HVX.
