Knoxville's best film festival!
The 4th Annual Marble City 10 hour Film Festival 2008 will be held Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Bijou Theatre.
This event is a fast-paced challenge to complete a 3 minute story in just 10 hours. The opening registration and team briefing will take place on Market Square at 8 am sharp. Submissions will be due at the Bijou at 6:30 where the Screenings of these will begin at 7:30 pm.
This year there are new rules and regulations and a category for student filmmakers has been added!

FYI - At the turn of the 20th century, Knoxville was known as the Marble City because of the Pink Tennessee Marble that was quarried here. The website has more info on this.
