Hello,
My Manhattan 8.9 HD Pro monitor has a dead pixel.
I am not sure what to do about it...I contacted by phone
www.manhattanlcd.com and they told me that they could not do anything about it.
I got the Pro monitor on 1/8/2009.

Does anyone had this problem?

Thanks,
jramos

Most manufacturers will insist that a panel may have a small number of dead pixels and still be considered - by them - to be in acceptable working order.

Are you the guy that called me late last week and told me about the dead pixel? Yes, with one dead pixel is within manufacturer's specifications (actually a few dead pixels within so many sq in) and I cannot get the screen replaced. But I told you to mail it back in and we would replace the LCD. What's up with waiting 5 months to report a dead pixel?
