Manfrotto Tripod Head Replacement Help

I've been searching around for some instructions on how to replace my little Manfrotto 700 RC2 head.

I'm using these sticks (190SSB):

From what I found at the Manfrotto website, it has three set screws that come out, and the whole head just screws onto a 3/4 inch screw.

OK, check, got that.

My problem though is this, I can't get the darn thing to unscrew! Everytime I try to unscrew this thing, the head just spins around, no matter how tight I lock the head down. This is kinda driving me nuts, as I'm trying to mount a still photo head onto this for a shoot.

Any tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, never mind, I figured out a way to do it. Basically had to take the head apart and use a wrench to force into unscrewing...
