I just got the product and i really don't understand how to make it stable

can someone help me out?

when i twist it clockwise it is fitted into the hot shoe , but the top bit is still moving around and unstable

There is a problem with the product obviously. You should return it.

From your video it looks like the thumbscrew that secures it tightly onto the hotshoe is not tightened thereby making the whole piece wobble.

vant be the thumbscrew because its on dead tight, can't take it off ... its just the top bit that is loose... i really dont understand why they made the to go 360* it should just not rotate...

Yes I am sure. If you tight everything correctly it should not rotate. I have 482LCD and works fine. You have a defected product.
