Manfrotto 127 Dolly: how stable is it?

Looking at this dolly to mate with my Manfrotto legs (546B), solely for moving the camera into position. Does anyone have experience shooting from this dolly in the locked down position? Wondering how stable it will be while panning/tilting.
 
I have the 114MV. I have changed the wheels on it, so that you can use it for dolly shots and it works great now! But the old ones worked good for getting it into position.
 
It works fine for just repositioning the tripod between shots, and can certainly save some time and muscle. It doesn't reduce stability in any way I've noticed when locked in place. It is pretty much useless for actually moving while shooting because the wheels are small and don't turn or pivot especially smoothly.
