Man on Fire look in Vegas

Re: Man on Fire look in Vegas

Possibly using moving masks and Boris FX's Fire effect. Kind of difficult to key I found. Working on a short demo that I'll post later.

Huh?

I think safetyO is talking about the movie "man on fire", but hey I would just say light your actual character on fire and let him run down the streeet ;D (please don't really do this and then blame it on me! :( )

As far as the man on fire look, I haven't seen the film, but I have seen the previews, and I'm pretty sure that it is just a very contrasty bleach bypass. There has been talk of how to get the bleech bypas look, just a few posts down, so you might want to check there first. Lets just say that there is more than one way to skin a cat. Right David J? ;D

Re: Man on Fire look in Vegas

Remember Spike Jonez's Wax video? That's the way to properly do a man on fire.

Thanks alot. Yea, I was talking about the actual movie. If I wanted to light someone on fire, I would just hire actors I don't really like.
