Hi, I use a Canon GL2, with a beachtek xlr audio adapter, and I've been using it for a year with no problem. But when doing my last movie, a channel would not record, so that when I watched the levels, only the right side would be working.
Everything was switched to the right spot, and I would watch it go from fully working, to only one side coming in. Whether I was using two mics, or one. I checked everything, there was no logical explanation for it to happen.
I just now I tried it again, and it's been fine. It has been very humid lately, and hot, and my equipment was in a place that was a little higher than room temperature. Is hot weather known to do that?
