Making your own kinos, T12 4' or 2'

Recently Home Depot and Lowes have started carrying T12 4' 5000k 90+cri bulbs for somewhere in the $6-$3 range (depending on quantity).

Ryan Walters did a great blog post on making some out of some Home Depot diamond plate fixtures, but my HD only has these in the T8 size. Plus, they are big.

I recall that some members here figured out where to order ballasts and lightweight reflectors, etc. Anyone still have those links? I have them for the 55w biax tubes, but I want the 4' and 2' T12 bulbs.

But they are vague about it so I would call to make sure it will drive the T12 tubes you want to use.
