Making your own 35mm adapter

Looking to make my own 35 mm adapter for the DVX100A. How is it with MACRO? Does it need a special macro lens? What kind of 35mm lens do people recommend?
Any help would be appreciated.

Andrew,
I think the beauty of this site is two fold:

1) To have your unique and unanswered questions answered by many people with different levels and types of both experience and knowledge.
2) As an archive to find a plethora of answers to already asked questions - all readily at your fingertips via browsing, or by clicking the search button just above this thread.

I think in the case of this question, purpose #2 is much more fitting to your needs.
