Making Progressive Scan DVD's?

So how do you make a progressive scan DVD?

I think with running FCP 3.0.4 I cannot edit in 24p Advanced, right?

Second, if I did get the 24p Advanced edited when I go to Compressor do I need to tell it the footage is anything more than NTSC?

Third, in DVDSP 2 would I be able to build the progressive scan DVD? Anything there that would need to be done?

Fourth, if I have other videos already made into MPEG-2 which are straight NTSC video would I be able to include these on the same disc with the 24p Advanced footage?

FCP 3.0.4 - DVDSP 2 - Compressor 1.2.1 etc. 733mhz, 1gb ram
 
Ya, an upgrade would help you alot. New system i would recommend immediatly, then Final Cut Studio to 5.1, Compressor 2 is much more versatile than 1.
