Making a mess out of adding clips to the timeline...

I am a new Edius user as you can see, and this being the most basic function is already giving me headaches. How do you add MXF clips from the P2 card? The only reliable way I've tried so far is right clicking on the timeline video track to "Add clip" and then pick the right clip from the video folder. This adds the video clip with no audio though!! You have to add the audio separately to an audio track and audio clips are split into 3 or 4 near identical files ie: 00094TOO, 00094T01, 00094T02 , 00094T03. Video tracks are only 1 unique file ie: 00094T . To make matters worse, only one of those 3 audio files "fits" the corresponding video clip. Very confusing!

I've managed to put the clips together inspite of this, but I am wondering if there is an easier way? Using Edius 6 here.

NOTE: The P2 Viewer function works in Edius, but it opens the program separately! What's the point of that?

Okay, but I am still hoping somebody on DVXuser can help me. It makes sense to post this question here because of the large number of Panasonic users who are also Edius users.
