I have a clip that ! made a freeze frame. What is the next step? I need to email an image from a video clip to someone. I forgot how this process works.

When you have the viewer on the frame that you want to capture go to Export in the file menu. Then go to quicktime conversion. Then from that window you will want to select a still image from the format. It's easy from there.

The other thing is that the image might look a little sqwished. If you have photoshop you can go into save for web under the file menu and compress the pic to whatever size you want. To get rid of the sqwished look you need to change the image size to 720x540.
