Making a Dolly?

I want to make a dolly.

I have the following,

Bolts
Skateboard wheels with bearings.
Angle Aluminium
Wood
Ladder

Does anyone have any tips for making these?

I think this sort of question comes under the DIY, Do It Yourself, section. Various dollys range from wheelchair, to using skate wheels on pvc tracking, etc... but I'm sure this has been discussed in the DIY section.
