Making a demo reel - using raw footage or exported files?

I want to make a demo reel and am trying to figure out if I need to use all the raw files, or just the exported H264 files that I upload to YouTube. It's a bit of a pain to use the raw footage, because it's spread across 2 or 3 hard drives.

Any thoughts?

Usually try to go with best quality footage or a high quality master file of finished projects. Using the web versions aren't ideal so I would try to avoid it

If you aren't using the originals you aren't doing yourself justice. There shouldn't be enough clips in a demo reel that you can't manage to track them all down, not if you seriously want a quality product.
