My brother has some property and really wants it flown with some video. He doesn't care on video quality as much as he cares about steadiness of the camera.
Is there an inexpensive (under 1k) solution that will fly something as heavy as a GoPro very very smoothly?
If not, what are the near 1k solutions?

BTW: I have some flying experience so I know the user level has something to do with smoothness. I have looking for a RC solution that will not wobble with the weight of the camera and some light winds.
