Makeup for Film

I've become more and more interested in makeup for film lately, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good book or website of tutorials for cinematic makeup. I realize that this is a very specialized field, but there are many books on lighting and other techniques, and I wondered if there were the same for makeup. So far Google hasn't turned up much for me...
Any advice or direction would be helpful! Thanks...

In a studio I was working in once, we found a big plastic folder with a VHS, audio tapes and a big book, all about makeup for the screen. Im not sure what it was called, but there are defiantly that kind of thing out there. It was from the 60s though, but there should be more modern versions...
