make up

Some of these men could help you with make-up. That's right, "She's a man, baby!!!"

Seriously, goto a beauty parlor shop and I'm sure someone there will know somethng about production make-up. Or know someone who does. Good luck!

PK, we have got to get you another hobby.

It's important though to show the before and after of good makeup application.

Hire a professional makeup artist. Trust me on that one.

I can't agree more... We used a pro make-up artist on out last shoot, and it made a huge difference -- he really helped define the characters' look, and not only did that make a positive difference on-camera, it really gave the actors a boost as well. We used one who does mostly fashion stuff -- print and runway -- but he had also done a number of music videos, and he was very proactive about checking out how the cast looked through the camera and doing touch-ups etc., but also managed to stay out of the way. Very professional -- a real asset.

I think I will have to make a visit at a beauty shop... juck I hate those places.
I need a veryNaturalBeauty actress makeup :)

Surf - Be careful "just visiting a beauty shop". Make up for everyday wear is different than makeup for the camera. What looks good when a woman is in natural light will look like crap under the lights. If you can't afford a makeup artist, then see if you can talk to a film/video department at a nearby college or even TV studio.

Be selective in your choice of beauty shop or you might end up with your whole cast having blue hair and green eye shadow.

You miss transvestite prostitutes???

To a certain degree - of course, the fact that most of them looked better, prettier, and more feminine than me did effect the ego occasionally!
