Make it stop #2

"On board a flight over the Pacific Ocean, an assassin, bent on killing a passenger who's a witness in protective custody, let loose a crate full of deadly snakes."

WOOOOWW!!! a crackhead culd think of a better story line than that!

Damn it Pookie, I don't know whether to be depressed that all this money is being spent on movies like this and on your other post, or to be inspired to produce something great, that doesn't SUCK.

My only questions is how these ideas survive, and actually make it to production? I mean I've got a ton of lame ass ideas - obviously I don't know the right people to sell them to. (But then again, I'm not sure that I would actually want to produce something that is lame ass either.)

We're at a whole new level of suck with films right now. This sounds just as bad as Flightplan, which is basically Panic Room on a plane.

Does anyone remember when SNL (maybe MadTV) made a parody EXACTLY like this a few years ago? It was hilarious. This looks like the worst thing to hit the screen since Halle Berry as Catwoman.

I just did a quick search and it was the Feb. 7, 1998 SNL. It was called "Attack of the Cobras". It was better than this piece of **** will be. What's funny is that David Koechner is in this movie and he was on SNL (though not at the time of the sketch). Lame.

That's interesting. Keenan Thompson from SNL is in Snakes on a Plane. I guess no one pointed out the irony.

EW announced the sequel coming next summer: Bears on a Train.

At least they didn't go all artsy with the title and call it "Panic on Flight 759" or something like that. With a movie like this you know what you're getting.

You know, I'm the one who wrote this post and I can't even tell if I'm being sarcastic or not.

Eight-Legged Freaks is still probably the tackiest film title of all time.

Hopefully they're going for campy. Like Airplane or something. There's NO WAY it will be as funny as Airplane! With that plot, they can't be going for an oscar. It's gotta be a joke movie. Like Dude Where's My Car. Right? Maybe it will bring laughter and happiness to millions. ....Ok, I'm just in denial. And trying not to think about how much money they are spending on this piece of junk. Imagine the good movies we could have made (or the people we could have fed) with all that money. AHHHHHHHH!!!!!
