The B&W filter alone will make it look a little flat. It's better if you use color curves to increase greeen (select only the green channel, right-click, create point, and move the point about 30% upward to create a 'bump' in the curve), then add B&W to the chain. You may want to play with the curves afterwards to get the best look.
Human vision is more sensitive in the green part of the spectrum than red or blue, so if you just desaturate with B&W without increasing greens first it doesn't look natural.

An alternative (I just thought of that) is to use 'Mask generator' and select 'Green' in the Type drop-down.

Or, use the Color Corrector and lower saturation to zero and then lower the offset to enrich the blacks a little.
