Make file Export easier?

I always export to the same format: 720p, no audio, Quicktime 24p.
I would like to preset that, to make the exporting faster.
Is there anyway to preset it?
When it says "use current settings" I am not sure which setting that is. Also the box below always goes back to "Video and Audio"
Would like to keep it on "Video only"

go into Final Cut Pro- Easy Setups and create a new one with your settings.

Thank you Noah, sounds easy, but I can not find the option for "Video only"-that is what I use all the times-everytime I export, the window says: "Video and Audio"
