make a photo last as long as a sequence?

I have a composition that's 20 seconds long and I need to add a photo to it. The problem is when I bring the photo into the timeline it's only 1 frame long. How do I stretch this photo to last the entire 20 seconds?

I figured I could simply click on the end of the clip (within the timeline) and drag but that doesn't work.
 
If you actually have a still image, it will automatically come into the length of a composition at the length of the composition, and you actually CAN drag the end of the frame in the composition to shorten it or other.

However, if you have a movie sequence which is only 1 frame long it will be treated as a one frame clip, which is what it sounds like you have. In that case click on the frame and export it as a still from the composition menu which will then make it show up in the render queue where you can shoot to render it out as a photoshop image (psd).
