I was wandering, if theres a possibility to make may Sachtler DV 8 SB Tripod
to a a 100mm Head. Not just by using a conversion plate, I mean 'transfer'
it into a 100mm head.
Just thinking out loud here... Generally tripod/head combos are divided into weight support classes, which are broken down to these support classes.
75mm
100mm
150mm

Adapting a head for temporary use is fine. But converting a head for use with higher weight support components like a 100mm tripod, and your weak link is going to be your head which is designed to support much less weight.
Is there a particular reason you need to convert from 75mm to 100mm?
I have seen the other way around. Adapt 100mm bowl to 75mm bowl, but this is normally a manufacturer specific ring that screws into the tripod bowl. Not sure if there is a universal ring you can buy to adapt any 100mm bowl.
[Edit] Read it wrong, no a have not seen a way to get a bigger bowl on a tripod to allow using a larger head, probably for the reasons above about weight.
The Sachtler DV 8 SB carries up to 12 KG...enough in my eyes to to justify a 100mm bowl (there was also 100mm Version of this head!) So when it's rigged, 75mm can be quite fiddly to adjust.
Second reason: I want to buy the Manfrotto 536 - I heard Sachtler 75mm Heads don't fit it well.
