Major Problem?? Verticle lines...

So i just exported my rough cut of my 20 minute short film and watched it full screen in WMP. In some shots there are these verticle lines that are very faint but you can definitily see them. They are sort of like the lines that Magic Bullet would put in to make it look more like film, but not exactly and they are annoying and ruin the picture, in my opinion. I am on PPro1.5 and did use magic bullet to color correct, but just used their pre-sets. I didint notice these lines in every shot, so im just not sure whats going on. Im burning it to DVD now to watch it on a high def set and see if they are there as well, and if they are im going to freak out. Anyone have any idea at all?

i think it has to do with the display decoder, and not really the file itself.. should be fine on the monitor. let us know.

I think I know what you're talking about. I made a commercial where a subject walked out of a bathroom and started talking to the camera. Well the light in the bathroom was left on and it made a few vertical lines in front of the subject.

It may have to do with lighting.
