Major League Baseball

Can anyone tell me how and the difficulties associated with doing a chroma key similar to the one used in Major League Baseball. There, they have a green screen in back of the plate and drop in advertising as necessary. The green screen's apparent on instant replay but during regular transmission, it carries Del Taco, Ford and other ads. Anyone have experience or knowledge here?

Do you need to do this realtime or with footage you've already captured and have time to play with in post?

Sorry, gone for a while. We're doing it in post and using Serious Magic which seems to working out well. Any tips, though?
