Major Keyframe/interlace Problem

So I have a clip where a guy is standing next to a tv, the image on the tv is is overlayed, not acutally playing on the tv, I keyframed so it looks like the camera flys into the tv, and into the clip on the tv.

its pretty standard, nothing too crazy. BUT...

when I export it, it looks fine. but then once it place it in DVD studio, and burn the dvd, and play on a tv, the overlayed frame looks to jump around.

it is a fast clip, and to me its a wierd interlacing, deinterlacing issue...

Not enough info. What settings did you use to shoot the original footage? How did you import it? In what sort of timeline did you edit it? What were your export settings? etc etc etc....
