Mainconcept Vegas 9 - Rendering darkens video considerably, help?

I'm rendering some footage shot on a 7d, transcoded into cineform and edited in vegas. I was just going to render it in WMV, but it errors at about 50% for some reason and I don't have time to deal with it right now as I am on a deadline. So i'm rendering in MP4 mainconcept instead. However the final rendered video is much darker than it should be, while the WMV video represents the color correctly. Anything I can do? Thanks.
