Main menu...can it be active?

First, I want to say that this is my first video and man, I'm hooked!:beer:

Ok, so I'm almost ready to finish this thing and I have a question about the menu (and from what I understand, it's best to place track markers in Vegas 8 and make the menu in DVD Architect 4).

My question is, will the menu be active? In other words, will the viewer be able to choose an item from the menu and the DVD will go to that spot on the DVD?

............. and while we're on the subject, how do you make a scene selection menu?

Yes, the menu will be active.

If you've placed the markers in Vegas and included the markers in the render, DVD Architect will pick them up automatically. Drag the video to the menu and it will automatically create a button for the video. Right-click the button and choose "Create Scene Selection Menu" and it will give you one or more sub-menus with the scenes you had indicated.
