Magliner Jr. Conversion

I have a Magliner Jr. cart that I've converted piecemeal with top and bottom shelves, brackets, etc. Pretty much the only thing I haven't done is add on the Backstage rear wheel kit, which seems like it would improve rolling and vibration reduction. But I notice the kit only comes with pneumatic wheels. Anybody ever flat with these? I just don't want to be stranded someplace because of a nail. I notice that Backstage does sell no flat casters separately which would add another $100 bucks to the kit. Also, does the kit add a lot more weight to the overall cart? Thanks.

I think I'll buy the kit and Slime the wheels. This is a coating you can add to pneumatic tires that makes them essentially self-sealing, run-flat. The company started Slime as something that you add to bike tires but it does add a bit of rotational weight. For this cart, which is close to 100 lbs with both shelves and the wheel kit, I figure that a little extra weight won't matter.
