I got my copy of magic bullet editors v2.0 and I installed it for my premiere pro 2.0 and I was looking for this one particular preset that I saw on the dvx dvd(the one that came with barry green's book), called War Epic light and War Epic dark, but I don't see them anywhere in the presets? Is there a reason why i don't have them or are they just somewhere where I can't find it?

Try bleach bypass and bleach bypass light. This is the Saving Private Ryan look. I think on the DVD Barry named his preset War Epic to match the bleach bypass of Magic Bullet. Oh Barry?

Yeah i tried those, they look pretty good, I am just confused because he named war epic dark and war epic light as the scene file settings for the actual dvx, and also the magic bullet preset was called that. I searched on google and there is an actual setting called that. Also on the inside cover of the cd case for the software, there is a example picture of war epic light

Those are probably from an earlier version of Magic Bullet. I think everything is good with your copy of MB. They just changed the name to Bleach Bypass in the newer version.

War Epic Light & Dark are definitely presets in the "MovieLooks" plugin for Premiere Pro. It's a simplied version of Magic Bullet and predates MB 2.0 so I think Sacksnack is hit the nail.
