Magic Bullet issue

So I tried to install Magic Bullet Looks 1.0 on my PC, and i installed and everything. I installed the AE version and open up AE and it says After Effects Error: Magic Bullet Looks is unauthorized - please register or re-install, then I try it again and it will say After Effects Error: Invalid Filter. Can anyone help me here? I re-installed after effects and magic bullet and always the same issue here.
 
Considering the first error said "please register", is it safe to assume you didnt enter a registration key?
 
Assuming CS3, in the effects panel on the right, if you type in "looks" in the search bar, does MB looks come up?

Go to you Program files, After effects folder. Make sure the "MBLooks" folder is in the PLUG-INS folder. Not anywhere else. I also show an "mblooks3.txt" file in the PLUG-INS folder. Do you have that there?
 
Same thing applies. Did you check that the folder and file were in the plug in folder?
