magic bullet for sale?

No?
I know it's illegal to burn a copy, let alone selling the burned copy but it's also illegal to sell the original as a private party sale?

If so then that's simply amazing.

Unless there is something specific in an OEM license expressly forbidding the re-sale of an unopened fully licensed version of a software program, then I can't possibly see how it would be wrong to sell it. Perhaps there is something I'm not seeing as well.

IAL?

so.. if you already know that just a portion of the tansaction is illegal.. why do you even question whether or not the transaction is legal. ? you cant copy your material and sell the original.. let alone the licensing agreements that only licenses the software to singular machines or individuals at a time , its a blatant breech of copyright law.

i said a BURNED copy is illegal to sell, let alone even burning it.

the question was whether it was illegal to sell off your original copy. <---- this question is totally unattatched to the above statement.

No response needed though, I was just curious and don't want to get any flame from you iamloser..... :lipsrseal
