Magic Bullet 2.1 with CS3 Premiere

I have installed my Magic Bullet Suite 2.1 in Premiere CS3. Under the Effects tab it shows a Magic Bullet folder, but when I click, Preset looks, nothing happens. Any ideas? Did I install wrong? Also, the letterbox option isnt visible, is it possible to use that in Premiere Pro?

Oh, I thought the 1 version could be used in Premeire and After Effects. I installed it in the plugins folder and the MB looks and stuff show up in premiere. When I go to the drop down box under effects I click load, to pick one. But nothing happens. Im not sure what to do. Its not ver. 2007 its 2.1
