Magic Bullet 1 compatible with FCP Universal?

Does anyone know if the version of Magic Bullet (1.0 I believe) that came with the DVX-100A is compatible with the Universal Binary version of Final Cut Pro? I just installed Final Cut Studio and would still like to be able to use Magic Bullet. I tried looking on the Red Giant website and couldn't find anything. I don't want to install it unless I know it will work. Thanks!

I imagine its still a PowerPC plugin and so would run fine on 5.1 on a PowerPC Mac, but not on an Intel Mac.

I have a Macbook Pro and the only way to run PowerPC plugins is to run FCP5.1 via Rosetta which slows it right down.

That's exactly what I'm wondering. I'm on an intel iMac so I would hate to have to run under Rosetta just to get the Plug in to work.

I tried Magic Bullet Editors 2.1 demo with FCP 5.1 on a MacBook Pro and sure enough the plugins can not be loaded when running it normally. I tried running FCP via Rosetta but when you apply a preset FCP crashes, so it seems the translation can not quite manage that much work. It would be too slow to use effectively even if that did work, so i think the short answer to this is that the current version of MBE 2.1 will not work with FCP 5.1 on an Intel mac.
