Macromedia Flash help needed!

This is kind of long, sorry, but any help would be MUCH appreciated!

What I am basically trying to do is find a quick way to transfer PowerPoint slides to Flash.

These Flash slides will be then transferred to a program called Aspen Template Editor if that helps.

The details:

These slides are very basic and just need to be done quickly, we are worrying about spicing them up later.

Aspen is a program that montiors how long people stay on a frame, lets people move to the next slide (with NEXT and arrows) and allows a 'question & answer' part at the end. SO, each PowerPoint slide has to be created individually within Flash and entered into Aspen.

These slides include anything from basic type, jpeg/gifs, moving gifs, and audio.

Its Flash Pro version 8 and PowerPoint 2003 edition.

What I have tried:

Copy paste from PowerPoint to Flash looks like dog crap.

Flash uses something within PowerPoint called Flash Paper but it 1)doesn't transfer transitions 2) doesn't transfer sound and 3)transfers the entire presentation.

What has worked but is trying to be sped up is printing out the Powerpoint presentation and typing out everything in Flash, slide by slide, while using the elements (jpeg, audio, etc) from the PowerPoint slides.

The rest:

There is a program called Articulate that looks like it could help, but I haven't ever tried it.

Thanks again.

*mods if this needs to go somewhere else, sorry...obviously feel free to move it*

A quick and dirty method would be to take screenshots of each PowerPoint slide and paste them into Flash as individual graphics. You wouldn't be able to edit the slides, but it would get them into Flash quickly.
