Macro Milk Pouring

Hi,

trying to recreate this for a client, any suggestions about lens choice, lighting and even milk/bowl setup?

I will be renting out a sigma 105mm macro with my 35mm adapter kit, crank up the frame rate on the HVX (and possibly faster shutter) probably use an overhead kino and maybe a dedo for some highlight. For the setup I'll look for a more viscous liquid than milk, a cream of some sort that can still stir. Any other suggestions?

Maybe keep the background colors black or dark to make the milk pop out more as being white. The macro and some dof work should help alot too. try to shoot on a shutter like 30 instead of 60. This will make it seem thicker
