What do i need to shoot this right... i mean, with the "best" definition, and really close...

PD.

You need a 35mm Adapter like the Letus Extreme and a macro lens like the Vivitar Series 1 90mm F2.5 Macro.

In a sense... the acromat used for 35mm DOFAs like the Redrockmicro and the Letus is a high quality macro lens. But it has no adjustability... you could always light well and get them to hold still zooming in as much as possible?
