Macbook with P2 store help needed

Hi,

I just bought a new 15' 2.16 Ghz MacBook Pro and when I tried to connect the P2 Store to it a message pops up that the drive is not recognized by the computer. I also downloaded this driver from the site below but my problem remains. Any idea what I can do to make it work?

Have you done the three button dance to switch from PC to MAC?

If you have loaded the drivers and set the P2 in Mac mode and you see the orange light on top of the drive (Mac Mode) then you have to have footage copied onto the P2 Store. If the drive is empty, you will get the message you described. Record some footage, offload it to the drive and it should work.

Hi,

The P2 Store was attached to a Powerbook before I tried to use it on my Macbook and it was working fine. I think the powerbook also had slots in it. We did record some footage on the card but I can try that again. Is there anything else I have to do on the MacBook, should be a simple procedure?
