Mac question

FOr the DVCProHD coming off the 170, it would probably work fine. May struggle on through put for the GH2. Its getting a little long in the tooth.

oh well alright, Ya this gguy offered $300+ that whole setup with cinema display for my 13' late 2011 mbp .
tryin to find out more info if its a good deal or not.

Overall Id say its reasonably priced for the full package. I'm just not 100% how useful it would be to you.

your second listing for the macpro would be much better, can run current os, software, video cards etc.

I have a G5 and they were obsoleted as soon as Apple moved to Intel. 10.5 is the last OSX it can run, also limited to FCP 6. It doesn't even know what avchd is, need clipwrap to convert it to something recognizable.

decided to sell my mbp $800, build hackintosh.

Honestly, for the best bang-for-your-buck, that would be the way to go! But it can get mighty complicated if you've never built one before. I toyed with it for a bit before just switching back to Windows- was more stable.

my brother jus built one similar recently so im sure he will help me. I also can jus follow directions online for the Osx part.

you guys think $800 is good price to sell my early 2011 mbp?
