Mac Pro - Wireless mouse reommendation?

I'm new to the Mac, and I use it exclusively for FCP, and I just can't get used to my mighty mouse. I know nothing of Mac third party vendors, can someone recommend a good wireless mouse with "right-click" on it.

get one of the logitech laser series... great mice. I have the mx1000 and love it.

Then get Steer Mouse to program the extra buttons.

I use a microsoft intellimouse but any mouse will work fine with the mac

The current rendition of the mighty mouse looks like it can detect a right click. Does this not work? (www.apple.com/mightymouse/) I'm looking for a mouse for a macbook pro, so your question is helpful.

it works really well actually. The inly thing I've found is that if you have been working for a while you fingers might move a little and you find yourself accidentally hitting right instead of left because there is no split to keep you on track.

Other than that it does work.

I on the other hand have something else for editing because of the extra buttons you can get on a third party mouse. The Logitech MX1000 looks pretty good. I have the Logitech MX518. Used in conjunction with steer mouse softare you can have not only the right and left click but can program it's other 5 buttons to do anything you want, shortcut keys/commands/open files/run apps. Really slick if you find yoursef going to one button all the time or doing one certain thing all the time.

you won't need it... logitech's driver allow you to program the buttons yourself in system prefs.

I have the MX1000 as well and I love it. It will typically last 2-3 weeks on a battery charge too!

it has a rechargeable battery and a charging dock... just so you don't get scared off.
