MAC PRO? what works best?

THinking of getting a new editing computer for HD material running after effects, premiere pro, etc. (possibly avid media composer but the budget dictates!)

I am interested in the new MAC PRO computers:

What configuration should I get for two monitors and real-time HD material?

Nothing to expensive but something good!

Two things you definitly need are fast drives (RAID 0 or 5, 7200rpm or more) and lot's of RAM. I'd go for the "smallest" CPU config and stuff it with three good HDDs and as much RAM as I can afford :-)
