Anyone know if I can put a picture on my .mac site so that I can subsequently post it here?

.mac is no problem, but I've no idea how to post a pic on the DVX site.

yes. tis simple...

put the image in your Pictures folder on your iDisk, then post here by putting the IMAGE TAG then the location of the image and then close the image tag...

[ img ]http://homepage.mac.com/mofo/.Pictures/yourimage.jpg[ /img ]

but without the spaces and remember the dot before Pictures, and remember the capital "P".

and you can do this with your movies as well. place them in your iDisk Movies folder and post here

http://homepage.mac.com/mofo/.Movies/yourmovie.mov

but you dont need a tag for movies, and remember the dot before the capital "Movies"

Go now! DO IT! ;)

Man thanks I didn't know you could do that with the .mac account. Question why would someone want to do that. When they could just paste the link on this site?

it's kind of faster way to show pictures. When you want to show like 6 pictures, people will have to click on 6 differents link unless you have a slideshow or something like that.

exactly. i would rather see the image in the context of the message here on the board without having to jump to another window and then close it to resume my DVXUser fun.
