Just got a new Mac workstation for video editing, and Prem and AE CS4 can't open the avi files that we recorded using PC onLocation in CS3 (DVCProHD 1080p)
Basically, it's a codec issue. Has anyone found a way around this with codecs, without buying Raylight or whatever.
It seems pretty slack of Adobe to bring out CS4 without a codec for CS3 onLocation outputs.
Any help/advice much appreciated!
