Mac App for format converting

Maybe this isn't the right forum, but I'm going to ask anyway: What is, in your opinion, the best application for converting WMV, MOV, and most common files back and forth? Using an iMac. Thank you for your experience and opinions.
 
Telestream Episode, hands down the best one I've used. Second to that might be Adobe Media Encoder.
 
Apple's Compressor works quite well. At $50 it's a bargain. If you need to go to WMV or Flash (or even DCP), then there are plugins for that.

If you're already subscribing to Adobe CC, then you already have Media Encoder. As edinc90 say's it's quite capable.

Episode has great features for an enterprise environment, but it's expensive, As you would expect from enterprise level software. And I wouldn't want to use it for scaling or frame rate conversions. Compressor and Media Encoder are much better for that.
