m8m 35mm adapter - anyone?

wow, the footage is actually quite nice. I have never heard of this adapter before either. If it looks that good shooting through a little handycam, I wonder what it would look like through an HVX.

About adapter: i have many adapters )) sgpro, letus, brevis and redrock (redrock is the worst of the worst. bad design, bad image, all bad)). i can tell that it's really bad adapters )

letus extreme garbage, too, but letus ultimate very interesting. I heard that they used in ultimate a new system of rotate track glass (ellipse) and glass replaced by another. take into the hands ..)))) will have to be to pick at, to see that there is inside.
 
$1500 without a flip? That makes his adapter the most expensive option out there except for the (still) unreleased G35. The test footage is pretty impressive, but pretty much any of the other adapters can do that.
 
Yeah I read the thread. I think partially it's because of the language barrier, and probably he is "really" confident about his product.

I just wanted to know what people who actually has used the adapter thought.

Well to be fair, he is correct about the Redrock being the worst adapter :)
 
there's been a small disccusion with the creator guy on our local lithuanian forums, he was really cocky, we posted some info from his website and he came and started like "why the hell do you copy info from my website, nobody invited you there..." ... it does tell alot about a guy, who is so confident he can blow all away..

ohhh ok. Maybe it wasn't a very good idea to post about his product here then! It sounds like he doesn't need any more future client. :shocked:

Yeah I told the guy my opinion on HV20.com.

Personally if the guy is trying to sell those, he needs to hire someone else to communicate with possible customers, because he's additude is horrible.

He needs to spend more time telling people why they'd want to spend more for an adapter that doesn't even offer a flip and not just putting down all the other adapters on the market.
 
Haha, not trying to be an a-hole here, but this line he wrote was pretty funny:

"without any advertisements, I can say with certainty: in all comparative tests, my adapter is much better."
