.m2t files from firestore

I tried searching the Vegas forum for this, but couldn't fine the answer. Will V6c deal with m2t files recorded onto a firestore from a jvc hd100? I see it in the import media, but I'd just like to be sure.

So it appears that V6c does deal with m2t files but from what I've read they are too big to actually be edited on the timeline with any sort of usable preview. So my new question is, since the firestore for the JVC cam isn't out yet, how will using connect HD work with HDVRack? Would I use connect HD to covert the files into scene specific and then dump them into Vegas?

You can use Connect HD v2.1 to convert the mt2 into a cineform avi file format.
