M2 ghosting\reflection problem

I am an owner of HVX+m2 adapter and i got this serius problem with reflection, ghosting? I don't know what is the right word in english. you can see it yourselves. any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong?

Looks like lensflare to me.
Use a mattebox to help with this if you don't want it.

I defenetly don't want it. But to me is so strange, I never had this kind of flare with the same lens on the still camera. I'll try with the matte box

It's because of the vertical fluorescents.
Check for the movement of the flare to make sure i'm not just spouting bullshit.

I experienced the exact same thing.

it's because of that extra UV filter on the M2 on the camera side. unscrew it and break the glass so that you have the threads only. It will leave the m2 exposed without a cap on or when not attached to the camera.
