M-DV63PROHD, can I use this?

I've been using JVC tapes (dont know the exact name for them), since I got my dvx. Now the local dealer her has stopped importing them, so I have to buy them online. Will my recording heads be fine with JVC M-DV63PROHD tapes? The fact that they are made for HDV doesn't change anything on the lubricant etc.?

BTW: I really need a quick reply to this!

By the way, does it matter if I use, say a Sony cleaning tape, and then the JVC tapes?
