M-Audio Voice Overs

I am building a new PC and am looking to put in an M-Audio Delta 1010LT Sound Card. It says it has 2 XLR inputs... does this mean I can connect my microphones directly to the sound card with an XLR cable WITHOUT going through some sort of mixer or intermediary device?

And is this a good quality product for voice overs? Thanks... specs linked below:

Yes and no. If you are using a dynamic mic it will work. If you have a condenser requiring 48v phantom power you will need a power source to plug the mic into first.

That would depend on who is buying the voice overs and for how much.
